Massive Methane Melt off Siberia
The frozen sub-sea deposits of the East Siberian Arctic Shelf are now destabilized and venting as much methane as all the oceans of the world combined. Methane, if you didn't know, is a greenhouse gas 30 times more potent than carbon dioxide.		 03/05/10
